COMPLIANCE AUDIT

WHAT IS A COMPLIANCE AUDIT?

Compliance audits play a crucial role in verifying and validating business practices, ensuring your business is adhering local regulations, and is prepared to pass an inspection by regulatory officials.  At The J. Whitney Group, we take a Sherlockian approach to our on-site COMPLIANCE AUDIT. Our intellectual detection methodology performed by our COMPLIANCE CONSULTING DETECTIVE will seek out any and all discrepancies, inconsistencies and non-compliant elements of your cannabis business.

GENERAL SERVICE OVERVIEW

Based on our thorough understanding of regulated commercial cannabis laws nationwide, we can help your cannabis business meet, manage and maintain regulation compliance for both medical and recreational markets. Our on-site COMPLIANCE AUDIT helps reduce the risk of regulatory enforcement by identifying any and all discrepancies, inconsistencies and non-compliant elements, prior to an official inspection, to ensure that the record keeping, operating procedures and employees are adhering to state, city and county regulations.

The top priority of our COMPLIANCE CONSULTING DETECTIVE is to provide you with an objective, unbiased assessment and implement a corrective action plan to mitigate future risk.

SERVICE OPTIONS

  • Option 1: AUDIT + REPORT + ACTION PLAN

A full compliance audit is conducted accompanied by a comprehensive report of the findings, and a written action plan for implementing meaningful operational improvements and eliminating non-compliant elements based on the analysis of the observations.

  • Option 2: AUDIT + REPORT + ACTION PLAN + IMPLEMENTATION BY JWG AGENT

A full compliance audit is conducted accompanied by a comprehensive report of the findings, and a written action plan for implementing meaningful operational improvements and eliminating non-compliant elements based on the analysis of the observations. The JWG will then implement the corrective-action plan for your business, including acting as a resource and guidance in managing the turbulence that can come with operational change.

*Prices vary based on selected level of service*

TIME FRAME

The COMPLIANCE AUDIT is a 1-2 week process, varying depending upon the size of your operation, and the selected level of service (Option 1, Option 2).
